Come join us on March 22, 2025 for a half day of posing classes, glute workouts, and mobility exercises from 9:00 am-12:00 pm. The cost is $50.

Morning sessions:
- Posing classes for Bikini, Wellness, Figure and Fit Model divisions taught by Glam Girl Bikini Head Posing Coach IFBB Pro Marissa Willmott, CEO Amy Ehinger and Savana Sharp Fitness
- Stretch & Mobility class hosted by The Sweat Vault
- Glute workout led by Glam Girl coach and personal trainer Leemarie Hostetter
- Giveaways from Angel Competition Bikinis
12-1 Lunch break
From 1:00 pm-4:00 pm there will be a food relationship, mindset and prep workshop. The cost for this event is $125.
Afternoon session:
- Nutrition seminar hosted by Certified Counselor Celeste Rains-Turk of Build More Than Just a Body. Celeste specializes in helping women and competitors find a food freedom and healthy mindset around dieting and competition prep while living a fit lifestyle!
